Subject Line: No more settling on taste - Beyond Meat to open new meatless restaurant in NYC 

Dear Nikko,

I read your recent guide “Where To Have A Vegetarian Birthday Dinner” in NYC and I agree: a plant-based diet isn’t about settling for lackluster taste. It’s all about exploring new and delicious options. On that note, I have a brand new restaurant I think you and your readers might like. Beyond Meat is launching their first brick-and-mortar restaurant, Never Settle, in NYC as a fast-casual eatery to make plant-based dining easier and more accessible. NYC is home to a thriving vegan community, and Never Settle by Beyond Meat will inspire even the meatiest of eaters to try our delicious dupes. 

Beyond Meat came about as an improved way to feed the future. The company acts on positive choices to make an impact on the health of both the people and the planet. Through this work, Beyond Meat is devoted to the four contemporary issues of human health, climate change, constraints on natural resources and animal welfare. 

Our goal is simple: we utilize plant-based, non-GMO ingredients to deliver the meaty experience people crave, without settling on taste or texture. While we may be fast-casual, our products offer greater or equal protein levels than their animal counterparts and also boast no cholesterol, less saturated fat and no antibiotics or hormones.


I want to invite you to our soft opening next month on the Lower East Side. We will be debuting some of our robust menu items such as our burgers, sandwiches, pastas and more (brunch menu to come). These aren't your typical vegan dishes; there will be no dry bean burgers in sight as we show our diners that Beyond Meat can do it all. The event won’t just highlight the food. Our partner chef, Food Network star Spike Mendelsohn, will host the festivities and give a talk on the economic prospects and longevity of the plant-based food market.  

Never Settle by Beyond Meat would be a great addition to your vegetarian and vegans guides of NYC. We hope you decide to cover our restaurant as our company strives to make our meatless alternatives accessible to everyone, whether they’ve been vegan for years or are newly interested in making an impact.
